Where are you?

I work all over the place and my office is in Merewether. I have shot weddings in Fiji, Italy, The Sunshine Coast, Melbourne, Byron Bay, Adelaide, Sydney, Forster, Port Macquarie, Barrington Tops, The Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle. I LOVE to travel for weddings.

What is your style?

I like to have fun! Keep it real and capture the moments that will make you feel something great when you look back on your wedding day. I focus on taking natural/romantic and backlit images. I want your photos to reflect who you are and most importantly I want my couples to feel comfortable and safe to be themselves. I process images light and bright with warm tones.

When will we receive our photos?

I always try my absolute best to deliver your images to you as soon as I can. Turn around for wedding images can be anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on our work load at the time. I work on your photos in detail and absolutely love this part of the creative process. For maternity sessions your images will be ready in 1-4 weeks.

We would like to reserve our date with you. What happens next?

Once you have locked in your venue, to make an official reservation, a $900 non refundable deposit is required .This secures your date and is deducted from the final balance of your wedding photography. To make this process happen, I send through a wedding reservation form with terms and conditions to agree too. Then I can draw up your invoice and we can make it REAL!

What happens if it rains on the day of our wedding or portait session?

If the weather proves to be tricky on your wedding day, I will always plan a wet weather photo shoot option. You would be surprised how amazing your photos can be even if the weather is not ideal. If the weather is not ideal for your maternity shoot, you have the option of re scheduling.

Will there be one or two photographers at our wedding?

That is totally up to you! Having two photographers allows us to provide a few more angles of guests etc. One of the big advantages is that the second photographer can cover the boys getting ready prior to the ceremony.

Do you keep our original image files?

I keep all our raw images on an external hard drive, for one year, as well as the Jpeg images that you receive. I recommend that you back up your images also. You can never be too careful when it comes to your images that cannot be replaced.

What is a planning meeting?

Keen for a glass of wine (or a cup of tea) at my office? I am always happy provide guidance when planning your wedding, so I am in regular contact with my couples to help with ceremony and photo times etc. Maximising lighting on the day is definitely a key point. Then, a week or so before your big day we get together and discuss all the details + logistics of your wedding. Often it is in the final planning stages that the smaller details are confirmed with your venue and other bits and pieces. Its nice to collaborate leading up to the meeting via phone call or email so that when we meet we can confirm the final plan and chat about any changes, family photos etc the day flow easily and spontaneously. It also gives us a chance to work together creatively and bounce ideas around.

YES! Absolutely! Queensberry fine art albums are my pride and joy. They are stunning and very high quality. I also offer a raw wood photo box for a more modern approach to printing your images. I encourage you to print professionally so that your images are showcased to the highest quality, but if you would prefer to print yourself, you will receive high resolution images from your shoot for you to do with as you wish. You can also order thank you cards, postcards, acrylic wall mounts, fine art photo boxes and lots more.

Do the photos we receive come print ready?

YES! You own full print release of your photos. They are delivered to you in high resolution, fully processed and ready for you to print yourself.

Will you take photos of my family at the wedding?

YES! If you are wanting family photography, whether they be formal, or more candid, that is something we can discuss at your planning meeting prior to the big day. I always get all the details from my couples with exactly who is who and which style of family photos are preferred, so I can understand your family dynamics and give you all the snaps your after. Having these discussion prior o the wedding is super important, so that we are all on the same page and I can make sure I snap every last family shot. I live for the sneaky moments that I can take where you and your family are interacting natural, so I always have my eye out for these moments,

What equipment do you use?
